Just a little game of...

We went to the House of Paint the other night (that's Kathleen and Mike's house).













The folks thought it would be cool to print our footprints on a canvas...
"Color Me Mine... The Home Game."
Mom and Dad showed up with their painting clothes on. Oy.

Some days the weather is just too cool for words...

Saturday in the park... I think it was the 4th of July...

Okay, so it was Tuesday in the park in the middle of January, but it was so beautiful outside it felt like the middle of July! Well, not last July cause I was a thousand pounds and ready to pop, but think of other July's...

Anyway, all the babes had a great time...
Here's Asher... happy to be there and giving us a big cheer!













We had a new Mom join us... this is Tish from yoga, and we very much enjoyed meeting her daughter Carlisle who was clearly bored with us.













Julia, with the cutest little head of red hair, was having a great time...
All smiles...













and then pooped out.













Michael decided to poop out early and take a wee nap...













...but woke up happy as a clam and joined us for the rest of the party in the park...













and little Ever bunny... the girl with the permanant smile on her face.













...and a little drool...













but always happy nontheless!!

New Year's Day and we had a coupla visitors...
First, our good friend Sue came over to meet the little miss...

























They got along great and seemed to have a nice conversation.













Great to see you and sorry we don't get to see you enough, Sue!!

Then (and I think they literally passed each other on the road) Cousin Carly came over with her Mom and Dad! Ever loves when cousin Carly comes to visit...













She gets to make silly faces with Carly...


















and have nice talks with Carly too!

Vina, on the other hand, spent New Year's day lounging around. I guess even the kitties take a day off from critter hunting on the first day of the year.

























She later joined up with Flipper and they spent the rest of the day snuggling.

We had a wild and crazy night welcoming in 2007!!



















Okay, not really. But we did have a GREAT time over at Kathleen and Mike's! First, Kat and I and the babes were serenaded by our husbands...













I had a nice chat with the little Bunny telling her all about things that will happen in the new year...













Kat and I told the babes all about the celebrations at midnight...













...and they waited with anticipation for the ball to drop at midnight!













At midnight, Michael and Ever were very happy to join in the celebration...



























... so was cute Jaxie!! She was just so happy someone came out to celebrate with her!!





























Then we got down to some serious painting.














THANKS for giving us the final product, Kat and Mike! We'll treasure it!! (I'll have to take a photo of it and post it later)

When we got home, Orso looked like he'd been doing a little celebrating himself...


















and then he pooped out. Hey, every party has one.
